Info Product Killer

Even though I’ve only just bought it and have only two sites installed with this method, I would recommend you look at the Info Product Killer sales page right away. It’s very different from the usual IM offering.

I might mention that Martin Avis gave it a rave review, and I bought it on his recommendation.

This is for two kinds of products: real stuff like televisions and ClickBank new launches.

In addition to the usual videos, which in this rare instance are well-done, there are good-sized PDFs to read, a complete minisite template (not WordPress!), and excellent tutorials on modifying the template for whatever product you’re pushing.

There are very good videos for using Photoshop and the free alternative, Gimp, to create your own headers and take-action graphics.

The price is $77, very low for what you get. The price is threatened to go to a monthly fee soon. Of course, we know about IM threats, but if you’re going to look at this, you should do it now.

How MLM are NOT evil, and why they seem to be

MLM’s are not evil, just most people promoting them are misguided! (And not very successful.)

Network Marketing – also known as Multi Level Marketing is a method of doing business where the people who use the product being sold recruit other people to also use and sell the product.

The problem is that most “distributors” (a standard term for people involved in network marketing) don’t really understand. They try and “Sell” instead of Live!

The way to success in network marketing is simple:

  1. Be sure you are promoting a company that you would be passionately using and recommending the product even if there were no financial rewards for you.(This is why I LOVE doTERRA Essential Oils! Their effectiveness and purity are incredible! I became a fan of essential oils years ago from another source, and doTERRA blows them away in quality)
  2. Don’t try and SELL anything. Simply take action to make sure you tell your story several times a day! One of the easiest ways to do this is to have your story written down so you know it, and then engage people in conversation. A friendly conversation includes “so, what do you do?” After they tell you, they ALWAYS ask, “and what do YOU do” which is when you tell them. Your goal is simply to find out if they are interested. Some will be, some won’t be, and that is ok! You are not trying to sell anything – you are simply trying to expose your story to the most people possible so that those who ARE interested find you.(My story is below.)
  3. Submerge yourself in the company. Attend the trainings and meetings every time they are presented. The more you hear (repetition) the easier it is for you to talk about it.

And that is it! Doing those three things, and teaching the people you sponsor to do those three things will ensure your success.

Now here is my story. My 30 second explanation the defines both the product and the opportunity. Write down your own and always be improving it!

A smaller slice of the Pie.

I am a small business owner with lots of passion and determination to create my own little niche. I have a beautiful connection with stones,where I take the rough rock and turn it into fine jewellery, in other words I fossick for the stone, cut, carve and polish (A Lapidarist),then transforming it into jewelry.
One of the lessons that I learned along the way with marketing, is not to try and tackle the whole industry head on, aim for a smaller section of the industry and try to dominate that, hence the saying “smaller slice of the pie”.
My personal experience with this was that my business was jewelry, a very large pie, so I when after the smaller slices, Handmade Designer Jewellery and Bridal Jewellery…A Bridal Collection being the ultimate goal that I would like to achieve for myself at a professional level.
So when you first start out marketing your product, have a look and see if you can aim at a smaller part of the market.

How To make money from Pre-Foreclosures

Preforeclosure

What is preforeclosure? Preforeclosure is the time period from which the bank gives notice of default, once the homeowner is approximately 90 days late in payments, to the time the house sells at auction. Preforeclosure is also the most crucial time in the foreclosure process. It is during this period that you as an investor stand to make the largest profits and can literally make thousands of dollars in months, weeks, days, or even hours!

The key to preforeclosure houses is equity. Simply put, equity is the difference between what a house will sell for (fair market value) and what is owed on the house. The whole concept to making money with preforeclosures is to buy a house for less than fair market valuing, thus immediately creating equity for yourself.

Here is an example of how this can work. Let’s say someone owns a house with a fair market value of $200,000. Now let’s assume that this homeowner has lived in the house for several years. If you consider that the property has most likely increased in value over time, while at the same time the homeowner has been paying down the mortgage on a monthly basis, it is fair to assume they owe less than $200,000 on the property.

For this example let’s assume that the homeowner owes $160,000. This means there is $40,000 in equity in the house. As an investor, you would want to buy the house for $160,000 or slightly higher. If you can do this, you have a shot at making $40,000.

I know what you are thinking. Why would they sell the house for $40,000 under the market value? Right? Here is one reason why. If they sell the house to you, you can promise them a quick closing, thus stopping the foreclosure (losing the house at auction).

This will prevent a foreclosure from going on the homeowner’s credit record. A foreclosure can stay on someone’s credit for seven to ten years making it next to impossible to get another mortgage in the future. This is just one of many reasons.

So let’s say they sell the house to you for $160,000. You can turn around and put the house back on the market for the $200,000 that it is worth. Once the home sells, you could put a whopping $40,000 in your pocket. Sounds pretty nice, huh? The best thing is there are ways to make similar deals with little or no money! An that is an example of how you can make money with preforeclosure houses.

In order to buy preforeclosure houses you first need preforeclosure leads. This is how you are going to get your leads. You are going to implement a powerful direct marketing campaign soliciting those who are in preforeclosure. How do you learn where to start looking?

One of the most valuable sources for preforeclosure leads is mortgage brokers. Almost everyone knows a mortgage broker. Maybe your brother is a mortgage broker. Maybe a good friend is a mortgage broker.

If you don’t know anyone in the mortgage business, network a little bit. I am confident you will be introduced to someone in the mortgage field that can help you.

If not, that is OK too! You will just have to do a little more legwork. Go through the yellow pages and look for mortgage companies. Start calling around and introducing yourself. See if you can talk to the manager. If not ask to speak to a loan officer.

Ask them if they have someone in particular that handles foreclosure financing. They may or may not. Often times in mortgage companies, they will receive large volumes of calls from distressed homeowners.

These are homeowners who are trying everything to stop foreclosure. Most of the time, it is too late for the mortgage company to help the homeowner because their credit is already shot. At this point the mortgage company may refer them to what is sometimes call a hard money lender. A hard money lender is a lender that specializes in high risk loans. Often times, they are private investors.

This is where you come in. These leads are invaluable. They are homeowners that are exhausting their last options to save their home. What you do is have the mortgage company start to refer these deals to you. If you can get the names and phone numbers of these homeowners, you can contact them directly. More importantly, you can contact them when they are open to listening and expecting your call. If the mortgage representative that can’t help them gives a high recommendation of you to the homeowner, they will be excited to hear from you.

Powerful Headlines to Create an Instant Authority Site

When it comes to writing sales copy, the headline gets a lot of press. It’s the first thing that the visitor to a sales page sees, so it makes sense that it should command attention. After all, you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. Not to mention you can use these powerful headlines to create your instant authority sites.

But what’s at the top of the page isn’t the only thing that deserves special attention. There’s an element at the very bottom that is much more important than you might think, and that’s the P.S.

You’re probably aware that P.S. stands for postscript. It comes from the Latin term post scriptum, meaning “written after.” In other words, it’s generally an afterthought. But when it comes to copywriting, the P.S. should be anything but an afterthought. It needs to be well written, and it should make the reader want to buy (or at least learn more).

The reason that the P.S. is so important is because it’s one of the first things that many readers look at. It sounds rather ironic, because it’s at the end of the letter. But particularly when faced with a long sales letter, the reader often scrolls to the end to see what the P.S. says. He knows from experience that it will usually sum up what’s in the rest of the letter. So he reads it in an effort to save himself some time.

Copywriters can use this tendency to their advantage by writing a powerful P.S. There’s no set formula for what to write, but whatever it is should make an impression. It should give the reader some sort of incentive to buy, and buy now.

A common theme in the P.S. of the sales letter is reiteration of the product’s unique selling proposition (USP). This is a good strategy, because those who skip straight to the P.S. would not be exposed to it otherwise. You could also state a benefit not mentioned previously. This will give those who have read the whole letter something to think about, and it might generate enough curiosity for the skimmers to go back and see what the other benefits are.

The P.S. can also be used to build a sense of urgency. You could offer a time-limited discount or mention an additional bonus for those who order quickly. Or if you really want to pack a punch, you could mention the USP, benefits and a reward for quick action.

The P.S. is an invaluable tool for copywriters. It can literally turn a curiosity seeker into a buyer. So don’t skimp on it! Put as much thought into your P.S. as you do into your headline.

So next time you’re creating your instant authority sites, make sure to employ some powerful headline tactics and end with enough P.S. for maximum effectiveness.
